What Makes Our Benefit Program Special?
Our employee medical plan premiums have only increased once in the past four years, primarily because of our transition to a self-funded plan four years ago and the implementation of an excellent wellness program. We also established two Express Care locations as an affordable alternative to the Emergency Room for urgent but not life threatening emergency medical needs outside of primary care hours.
CVMC’s Overall Benefit Contribution = 30% of salary on average
CVMC provides a comprehensive benefit package to full time and part time employees:
Full Time Employee: 72 – 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
Part Time Employees: 40 – 71 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
