ANNOUNCEMENT – The Cancer Center now offers free private sessions of Relaxation Therapy on Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings, through volunteers Loie Morse and Ruth Lehner. Call 225-5820 to make an appointment with Loie or Ruth, who will use and teach methods to reduce stress, increase relaxation and improve self-care.

Healing Winds Vermont
Provides opportunities for people living with cancer to relieve stress and anxiety through a free 3-hour sail on Lake Champlain. Passengers taken by nomination only.
FLC CARES (Families Living with Cancer) is a non-profit whose mission is to support the children of Vermont families living with a cancer diagnosis.

Hope on the Rise
Free fly fishing retreats for women with any type of cancer at any stage. Spring retreat will be at Tall Timber Lodge, Pittsburg, NH: June 9-11, 2017. Application deadline is May 1.
