Hannah graduated from the University of Montana in 2007 with a doctorate in physical therapy. She then went on to complete a post-graduate residency with the Ohio State University Medical Center in neurologic rehabilitation, and has attained an American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties accreditation as a Neurologic Certified Specialist (NCS). Her treatment philosophy reflects the current research basis for a shift from teaching patients with neurologic injury to compensate to a recovery based model, and uses a dynamic systems theory approach, meaning that the patient needs to learn to self correct for errors and become independent with movements/techniques. In her free time she enjoys playing with her sons, running, kayaking, cross country skiing, sewing, and scrapbooking.
